Proposals made me feel welcome straight away. All the staff were so friendly and very helpfull. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in their shop right from the very beginning. They are very organised. i was so stressed with organising our wedding, but i knew that my dress was one thing i didnt have to worry about.they had it all under control. I work shifts so i was never able to ring the shop if i needed to. so i always emailed and they always got back to me straight away. it was always a joy to go into proposals - i loved to try on my dress!! and when it came to picking up my dress proposals gave me a bottle of bubbly. i thought this was such a lovely touch. couldnt of asked for better service
