Proposals is a bridal shop that specialises in designer bridal wear. Based in Witney, Oxfordshire, we are a family run business that prides itself on listening to the desires of each bride in order to give a personal service and an unforgettably exquisite experience.
Our reputation is built on our success; since we opened in 2004 we have been finalists in the Bridal Buyer Awards in 2008, 2009 and 2011. We pride ourselves on developing positive relationships and giving a personal service by listening to and understanding the desires of each bride and her party.
Proposals, is where it starts. We are dedicated to ensuring that every bride's dreams come true. From the moment you enter the emporium full of expectation and anticipation to the moment you emerge from our changing rooms and realise you've found 'the one'. We get to know all our brides so we can fully understand their sense of style, their likes and dislikes and share the wonderful experience with them and their friends and families.
We supply designer wedding dresses from designers such as Benjamin Roberts, Ellis Bridals, Alfred Sung, Enzoani, Maggie Sottero, Blue by Enzoani and Mori Lee. We can also help to complete your big day as we stock bridesmaids dresses including those from designers Dessy and Kelsey Rose and accessories while also providing a groom hire service.
As well as bridal wear, we also offer a wide range of prom gowns, with dresses designed by Flirt and Mori Lee. We often hold fashion shows showcasing this exciting range of prom dresses and we will make sure that each dress is unique to you at your prom.
The items shown on the website are only a fraction of what we hold in store so please come in to see us or contact us to arrange an appointment! There is plenty of space in the shop for you to move comfortably with no limit as to how many gowns you try. A warm welcome awaits with professional honest advice as your day is as important to us as it is to you.
